Almond Eyes

If you have an almond eye shape, you will not be able to see the white area of your eyes above or below your iris. Your iris will look as if it extends past the upper and lower eyelids. Almond eyes are the most common and versatile eye shape. Play around with various styles and see what you love the most! All types of styles will be flattering with this shape.

Styles: Any type of lash style will be flattering (cat-eye, natural eye, textured, wispy, dramatic, open-eye (longer in the middle)

Round Eyes

If you can see more of the white area within the eyes (above or below the iris), you have a round eye shape. Round eyes appear brighter, round and more intensified. To balance out this beautiful intensity, we recommend lash styles that are natural, cat-eyed, textured, wispy and have more length focused on the outer corners. These styles will elongate and balance out the eyes.

Styles: Cat-eye, natural, textured, wispy, styles with more length on the outer corners

Monolid Eyes

Monolid eyes have no crease on the eyelid. As this eye shape has mostly a flat surface, adding some texture and depth would brighten the eyes up. To accentuate this beautiful eye shape, we recommend medium to dramatic lashes with texture throughout the lash (criss-cross patterns and wisp) and curl.

Styles: Lash styles with texture (criss-cross and wispy textures ), doll-eye, open-eye, cat-eye, curled styles

Hooded Eyes

Hooded eyes have an eyelid that extends over the base of the natural lashes and socket line. This eye shape can make your natural lash line disappear under the eyelid. To accentuate this beautiful eye shape, we recommend lash styles with doll eye or open-eye styles (longer lashes are concentrated in the middle of the eye while shorter lashes are concentrated in the inners and outer corners).

Styles: Open-eye, doll-eye, textured and wispy

Downturned Eyes

Downturned eyes have outer corners of the eye sitting lower than the inner corners. To accentuate this beautiful eye shape, anything that may give an illusion of a droopy eye should be avoided. Avoid cat-eye and choose styles that have more length and volume concentrated in the middle of the eye such as open-eye and doll-eye styles.

Styles: Open-eye, doll-eye, density in the middle, textured, wispy in the middle

Upturned Eyes

Upturned eyes have the outer corners of the eyes naturally pointing upwards towards the brows. To accentuate this beautiful eye shape, choose lash styles with more lengths concentrated are the outer corners of the eye, such as the cat-eye style.

Styles: Cat-eye, textured, wispy towards the outer corners

Close Set Eyes

Close set eyes have more space between the eyes. This space between the eyes is smaller than the length of one eye. To accentuate this eye shape, opt for styles that have more volume and length towards the outer corners of the lash. This will lift and elongate facial features.

Styles: Cat-eye, styles with more volume and length towards the outer corners, texture and wisp towards the outer corners

Wide Set Eyes

Wide set eyes have space in between the eyes where it is wider than the length of one eye. To accentuate this beautiful eye shape, opt for lash styles with more length and density in the middle of the eye. This helps to brighten the eyes.

Styles: Doll-eye, open-eye, volume/length/density in the middle of the eye

Deep Set Eyes

Deep set eyes are larger and set further back. This creates an illusion of a more prominent brow bone. To accentuate this beautiful eye shape, opt for lash styles that have longer lengths in an open-eye and doll-eye style. Medium density in the middle of the eye gives volume to the eye.

Styles: Open-eye, doll-eye, subtle curls, medium density in the middle
