Volashes – Lash Atlas App

Welcome to Lash Atlas, a mobile application owned and operated by Volashes (“Volashes,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).

Lash Atlas is designed to help lash artists, beauty professionals, and users visualize lash styling through AI-assisted eye analysis, lash mapping tools, digital lash try-ons, and client profile management.

By downloading, accessing, or using Lash Atlas, you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

1. Eligibility

If you use Lash Atlas for a salon, beauty business, or other organization, you confirm that you have permission to use the app on their behalf.

2. Description of Services

Lash Atlas provides tools including but not limited to:

  • AI-powered eye shape analysis

  • Lash style recommendations

  • Digital lash mapping and visualization tools

  • Virtual lash sticker overlays and try-on features

  • Client profile creation and management

  • Educational and styling assistance tools

The app is intended for informational and visualization purposes only and does not constitute professional medical, cosmetic, or dermatological advice.

3. Consent to Photo & AI Processing

By uploading or capturing photos within Lash Atlas, you consent to:

  • AI-based eye and facial feature analysis

  • Automated lash style recommendations

  • Digital lash visualization and mapping tools

Photos may be temporarily processed by AI systems solely to provide user-requested app functionality and recommendations.

Saved client looks, uploaded photos, lash maps, styling preferences, and notes are stored locally on the user’s device and are not uploaded to or stored on Volashes servers.

Volashes cannot access, retrieve, recover, or view locally stored user content unless voluntarily shared directly by the user.

Users are responsible for obtaining consent from clients or individuals whose images are uploaded into the app.

Users are also responsible for maintaining backups of locally stored information if desired.

If the app is deleted, app data is cleared, or the device is changed, locally stored information may be permanently lost unless otherwise backed up by the user.

4. User Content

Users retain ownership of all uploaded and locally saved content, including:

  • Photos

  • Lash maps

  • Saved client looks

  • Styling preferences

  • Notes

Locally saved client content remains on the user’s device and is not accessible to Volashes unless voluntarily shared directly by the user.

Volashes may store only app-owned content and infrastructure data necessary for app functionality, including:

  • Product photos

  • Product links

  • Educational content

  • Lash style assets

  • App configuration data

5. AI Disclaimer

Lash Atlas uses artificial intelligence and automated systems to provide recommendations and visualizations.

AI-generated analyses may not always be accurate, complete, or suitable for every individual. Results should be used as a creative and professional reference tool only.

Volashes does not guarantee:

  • Specific cosmetic outcomes

  • Accuracy of recommendations

  • Suitability for every eye shape or client

  • Business or financial results from using the app

Users remain solely responsible for:

  • Final lash application decisions

  • Client consultations

  • Safety practices

  • Patch testing and product usage

6. Client Data Responsibilities

If you use Lash Atlas for client work, you are responsible for:

  • Obtaining informed consent from clients

  • Following applicable privacy laws and regulations

  • Protecting client confidentiality

  • Using the app ethically and lawfully

You agree not to upload:

  • Illegal content

  • Non-consensual photos

  • Explicit or abusive material

  • Content that infringes intellectual property rights

7. Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

You agree to notify us immediately if you believe your account has been compromised.

Volashes is not liable for unauthorized access caused by:

  • Weak passwords

  • Shared accounts

  • User negligence

8. Intellectual Property

All app content, branding, software, AI systems, designs, graphics, logos, and functionality are owned by Volashes or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not:

  • Copy the app

  • Reverse engineer the software

  • Reproduce branding

  • Resell access to the platform

  • Use the app for unlawful purposes

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the app if you:

  • Violate these Terms

  • Misuse the platform

  • Upload unauthorized or unlawful content

  • Harm the integrity or security of the app

You may stop using the app at any time.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Volashes shall not be liable for:

  • Cosmetic outcomes

  • Client disputes

  • Allergic reactions

  • Business losses

  • Data loss

  • AI inaccuracies

  • Indirect or consequential damages

Use of the app is at your own risk.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically.

Continued use of Lash Atlas after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
